Guest Speakers: We have guest speakers from all parts of the koi keeping world who come to give us interesting talks, slide shows, videos and demonstrations. Trips and Visits: Visits are arranged to other Koi clubs to view their ponds, trips to koi dealers, outings to koi shows and anything else of interest to our members. Library: The section has extensive up to date book and video libraries. books magazines and videos which can be hired by members on a monthly basis for a small charge. Supplies: A comprehensive range of food, test kits, medications, pond treatments and equipment such as U.v. tubes, bottom drains, pipe-work etc, is on sale at meetings at very competitive prices and usually well below the retail price. Collapsible vats and flow meters are for hire to members. Fish Draw: We run a monthly fish draw, £2 a ticket or three tickets for £5. From May to October the prize is a Koi and from November to April The prize is cash. Fund Raising: During the year we have events to raise money to finance the club activities these include auctions, raffles, bottle rolls scratch cards etc.
