Crouch Valley Auction May 2010

Saturday 8th May 2010 saw the Crouch Valley members do what they do best and that is to support the UK’s number one Koi club at one of their many annual events.

As normal at the Barleylands venue there is a Saturday morning farmers market, a place where they sell their local farm produce which can be anything from meats to cheese to fine cakes. A majority of the Crouch members turned up early so we waited about for the farmers to leave and of course see if we could pick up any freebies, well why not if you don’t ask your don’t get!

Crouch Valley Talk Koi

Wednesday 21st April saw the Crouch Valley Koi Club have their monthly meeting, the night was scheduled for a members open chat, these nights are always a good favorite with the club as it gives the members another good oppotunity to discuss various items related to their koi, ponds and gardens.

New Venue For MSB

Middlesex & Surrey Border Section has moved its base to North Cheam Sports & Social Club, London Road (A24), Sutton, Surrey SM3 9BY.

Meetings start at 8pm on the 1st Thursday of the month and for further information please contact Hazel Emery (Secretary) on 01737 358305.

Essex Section Statement

Due to ill health Tony Spurr has stood down as chairman of the Essex section, the section would like to thank Tony for all his hard work with hope he should be back to health soon, last night Brian Leak nominated John Botha to be the new chairman and he was duly elected as such.
