Koi Classifications / Varieties & Show Sizes

For those who are new to showing their koi, the detailed list found here should make it easier to establish exactly which classification your koi should be benched in. You will also find a break down of the size groups to include the BKKS show size group and the actual size in centimetres this relates to.

2008 National Show Results

2008 saw a return to Newark and another win for Bill Oakley and his Infiltration supplied Matsunosuke Kohaku. This makes it 2 years in a row for Bill and this koi, will 2009 see it become only the second koi to win top honours 3 years in a row?

2007 National Show Results

The 2007 national was once again to see a Grand Champion from Bill Oakley. This year saw an 11 year old 90cm Infiltration supplied Matsunosuke Kohaku take the top honours.

2006 National Results

After nearly being cancelled, Wayne Eady stepped in and pulled off a terrific show which saw the name of John Hellens being added to the Grand Champion owners list.
