Day 3 - It's Looking Good!
Yo Guys
Well another day of graft setting up the show, meaning we didn’t finish till almost 9pm! Yes, that's right, all the time missing from the bar!!
Anyway...........
This morning I phoned the I.T guys asking where the webcam pics were, and 20 mins later all was sorted and now we have the First ever National show going LIVE, and yes, I have been posing in front of the camera again, and had the phone calls from people saying ‘I can see you, and giz a wave’ None though, have asked for me to moon at them ????
The white wellies have made their first appearance after all I aint building a show without them!
So what else have we been doing today? Firstly we had to move a few vats again as we weren’t happy with their positions, then the lighting frame, along with the air ring was built up which took all day for loads of us.
When this was built we could start filling the vats, this is the major turning point of a show build and the show is starting to look really good now, this is how I envisaged it should look, but better!
I took the van back this afternoon, and again didn’t crash into anything, but I am hiring another one on Friday for the weekend, so there's still plenty of time to damage the vehicle.
So, only 1 day left before the koi arrive with still loads to do, and another long day building is expected tomoz [Thursday].
