J.S.C. Benching Certificate Course
The J.S.C. is proposing to hold a Benching Certificate Course during 2010 – date and venue to be confirmed depending on interest received from people.
The course is aimed to provide people enough knowledge to be able to bench their own section / club Koi show.
JSC Training Seminar
The J.S.C will be holding its Annual training Seminar on the 27th and 28th of March 2010. If you are interested in becomimg a B.K.K.S. – J.S.C. Trainee Koi Judge, then this is the ideal time to take your first steps towards that goal and attend this Seminar.

About The JSC
The main objective of the JSC (Judging Standards Committee) is to make sure that the right Koi obtains the right award in the right variety, in the right size, at the right time on the day, every time.
The JSC provides benching support to any of the BKKS section as well as providing judges to non-BKKS shows both home and abroad.
JSC Training Program
Every year an advertisement is placed in the BKKS Magazine (Koi) for trainee Judges. The first step to becoming a BKKS Judge is answering this advertisement. The only requirements at this stage are membership of the BKKS, the ability to drive, availability of time at weekends and knowledge of Koi classification and appreciation.
