Yorkshire Koi Section Closed Show
Held at Pastures Lodge Hotel in Mexborough, South Yorkshire on 16 August 2009, the Yorkshire Koi Section’s Annual Closed Show took place. It was a superb day and the location was excellent. The Koi were also fantastic and the weather was, surprisingly, very good.
Birmingham Koi Show 2009
“So who wants a show vat?” This was the question posed by club and show chairman Tom Nicklin at our June meeting. We all know that when that question is asked it can mean only one thing, our annual closed show is just around the corner. So it proved to be. Which is why Saturday 26th September at 7.00am saw us catching and bagging our koi to take to Highdown Nurseries, near Stourbridge. The location for our 7th annual closed show.

MKA Show Report
Sunday the 20th of September will go down in history as the first time the Midland Koi Association held a closed show, open to the public, for 16 years. Our last Show was at Baginton, Coventry in 1993. Then we had a membership of 60, plus family members, half of which were enthusiastic Koi keepers, now our membership is only 29, but they are all dedicated Koi keepers.
Kennet Valley Closed Show
Kennet Valley Koi Club held its 2nd show at Hare Hatch Sheeplands Garden Centre in Twyford on Sunday 6th September and the club is very grateful for the support that is received from the garden centre and its staff.

BKKS Scottish Section Closed Show
The Scottish section closed show was held over the weekend of Saturday the 8th & Sunday the 9th August 2009. It was an early start on Saturday as I was on the 7.00 am flight from Gatwick to Edinburgh to Judge the Show.
