Kennet Valley Koi Society Open Show 2011
Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th September saw Kennet Valley hold their 2011 Show at Hare Hatch Sheeplands Garden Centre near Reading for the third consecutive year, only this time is was an Open Show!
Quite late on in 2011 it was decided that the Club would hold an Open Show in 2011, something that has not been done by the Club for a number of years. This would give an opportunity to any other Koi Clubs or other Koi enthusiasts to show their koi. As always no show is possible without the club members who work in the background ensuring everything is in place when show time arrives.
The 2011 MKA Koi Show
The Midland Koi Association (MKA) held their largest koi show at Ryton Gardens on the 10th & 11th of September this year and the results of their hard work were easily seen. Here, Bob Jacobs the show chairman gives us his write up.

Cambridgeshire Koi Show 2011
Sat the 16th and Sunday the 17th of July 2011 saw the Cambridgeshire Koi Club hold their first ever open show, building on the success of their 2010 closed show that won rave reviews, this was a massive step up and was sure to test the organisation of the event to the limits!

Crouch Valley Show 2011
The 2011 Closed show was held at our regular venue, at the South Essex Garden Show, at Barlylands Farm, on the 11th and 12th of June 2011.
AS always a excited team arrive on the Thursday to the show ground to set up the show, this year however our pitch had been moved and that brought problems for water access and drainage, Alan Hurley and his team quickly resolved the problems.

Crouch Valley Closed Show 2010
Crouch Valley Koi Club seems to be in full summer swing, the May auction had only just finished and before they knew it along came June and it was time for their 2010 Closed Koi Show at the South Essex Garden Show at Barleylands.
