Since the signing of the new agreement between the BKKS and Koi magazine there have been a few instances in which some BKKS members have not received their magazines. This has been due to two issues namely a new piece of data-handling software for the BKKS and the transfer of all Koi magazine subscriptions to a new subscription bureau in August.
