In response to a request, I've turned on the "Remember Me" checkbox for logging in to the site.

Without this, my log-in holds for over a week normally and I've not seen it's needed; but this varies platform to platform. There is the possibility that this may make session handling worse for a few people, and if so, please report any bugs in the usual format (written on the back of a burger king napkin stuffed into a paper bag full of used £20s and left under the secluded bench in that corner of the park. No, not that corner - the other one. I don't want to be associated with what goes on over that side of things.....)
