Well today is Monday 3rd March, its a little bit chilly outside so looks like the weather man has it right and that we could be facing a cold snap.
Pond looked good over the weekend, im really happy with my water clarity at the moment I just hope that continues when I take the covers off come April time.
I have decided that I have 2 Koi to move on, one a 25cm Ogata Showa
and also one 30cm Ogata Shusui
, these are not show winner by any standard but they are attractive koi which I hope will go to a good home over the next couple of months.
Nice to be popping on the new BKKS website, I can see from a technical point of view how much time and effort Gareth has put into this so I take my hat off to him, cheers Gareth !
Right best get on, have a great week all.

I have not got any idea what a blog is, but here go's with my one, i have just been given the go ahead and green light to build a new pond, still trying to decide on the size to have it 12x6x6=432 would be a 2700gl pond, but a12x7x6=504 would be 3150gl, this is not counting the filters, the problem i have is i can not make up my mine up as i have 23ft to play with, and around £2000 to send on building the pond. anyone got any thoughts on what i should do, only got a week to make my mine up.

Air it in open
John,
It will all come down to your filters, will they cope with the size on which you are thinking about, as I only have briefly seen your filters I cannot remember but I think you said it was more than enough.
Why not air this question at the meeting on Sunday, that way your get a good over view of peoples opinions as this is what we are here for.
Considering the size and budget you can only make one decision and it has to be the right one as it could work out costly in more ways than one.
See you on Saturday !!

The going from most to least informative - An article should present facts; a blog a point of view or experience; and a forum post really be a question and answer. At least that's the hope. This is ideal for sake of organisation and indexing - it is also hoped that if people get used to using the tools, more people can be convinced to write articles as well!
Everyone has their own blog - Click on Blogs in the header and then "My Blog" to see your own. You should be able to use the same tools to post in the blog as anywhere else on the site.
Please ask any questions in the forum - I need to get a list of things together that I need to document and I will start from that!
